Prepare Your Package
Securely pack your electronics in their original box, ensuring all cables, manuals, and protective foam are included to prevent damage during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping barcodes.
Receive Your Refund
Once our technicians inspect the device and confirm its condition, your refund or exchange will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
